FILM PHOTOGRAPHY FOR SELF EXPANSION { student master student | all ages + novices welcome } As creators, our toolkits for life navigation draw from every corner of experience we have; When we hone a skill, we equip ourselves with new instruments of measurement, observation, and discovery; The stretching of our capacities is never limited to the purpose the skill is learned "for" — When we exercise new capacities somewhere, we create from new capacities everywhere; And sometimes all we need to kick-start our own confidence with a new thing is to see it peacefully modeled for us, with real-time inquiry+feedback available while we feel it out; This containerspace seeks to INITIATE those new or novice to film photography into communion with creation through the film camera; In this session members will learn the basics of film photography through hands-on time with film cameras; Participants will shoot a complete roll of film utilizing new awareness of photographic functions and technical choice. lab time varies meet at P A R L O R denver ○ film camera + film required; however: ○ some LAB cameras available for member use — inquire for availability ○ some film available for purchase ○ digital cameras un-welcome in this container :D
